Earning Entries
- Entries will be earned from every top-up made during the promo period, even if top-up is made before successful registration.
- Subscribers may check their raffle entries (whether registered or not) on the website.
- Load denominations and corresponding raffle entries:
Raffle Draw
- Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw with the supervision of a DTI representative over MS Teams.
- Subscribers must have an active status / have an active load to qualify for the draw.
- A registered subscriber can only win once for each draw date.
- There will be weekly, monthly and a grand draw at the end of the promo period.

- Your CCA number is located at the bottom of your set-top box.
- For set-top boxes with a SMART CARD, gently pull out your smart card from the set-top box and check the backside of the card.
HOW DO I GET MY SATLITE ACCOUNT NUMBER?

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY MOBILE NUMBER?
- Your mobile number will be used by the Scan-Two-Three after sales team contacts you, should you be one of the lucky winners.
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AND VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
- We require email verification because all SatLite Load and E-Wallet prizes will be sent via email.
I DID NOT VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS, DOES THAT MEAN I AM NOT REGISTERED?
- Yes, email verification is a required step in the registration process.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
- Easily earn points every time you load within the promo period, registration is not a requirement to start earning points.
I LOADED DURING THE PROMO PERIOD BUT ONLY REGISTERED TODAY, WILL I STILL GET ENTRIES FOR THE LOAD I BOUGHT BEFORE I REGISTERED?
- Yes! All load purchases/transactions made within the promo period will earn points whether or not you are already registered.

CAN I WIN DURING ALL DRAW DATES?
- All of your accumulated raffle entries will be valid for all draws as long as you are successfully registered and have an active subscription.
- All winning entries will be deducted from the subscriber’s pool of entries and will no longer be qualified for succeeding draws.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WIN IN ANY OF THE DRAWS?
- Announcement of winners will be via SMS, Call, Email and on socials.
HOW CAN I CLAIM MY PRIZE?
- SatLite / Pilipinas Live and CPlay Load and E-Wallet prizes will be sent to your verified email address.
- All other prizes can be collected from SatLite, 5th Floor Launchpad, located at the corner of Reliance and Sheridan Streets in Mandaluyong City. Please remember to bring a printed copy of the email confirming your win, a printed image of your STB’s serial number, and two valid IDs.
- Prizes drawn without confirmation after 1 month from call-out will be forfeited.
- Prizes should be redeemed/claimed within 60 days after confirmation. Otherwise, the prize is forfeited.
- Tax of prizes over Php 10,000 shall be shouldered by SatLite.
- Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.
